products or services online), we must collect and use your corresponding personal  
information in the following scenarios in order to enable you to have a complete experience  
with our products and/or services. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not  
be able to use our products and/or services properly.

1) Registration as our member and login

In order to become our member and login to our mobile application (or other network  
system, if applicable), you need to provide your mobile phone number. We will  
verify the validity of your identity by sending an SMS verification code, [identify and  
display the corresponding mobile carrier by reading your SIM card information,  
which will be deleted after the verification process]. If you register as a member  
through a third-party account, we will collect and use the ID of the third-party  
account, including WeChat ID (including the Open ID and Union ID which are  
used to identify WeChat Users) and Apple ID, as account identifiers, for which you  
do not need to provide a cell phone number for the registered member. If you only  
need to use the basic functions of displaying, browsing, and searching for goods or  
services, you do not need to register as our member and provide the above information.  
You can also choose to [create your username and password]. We will store and use  
the mobile phone number, third-party account ID, username, or password as  
account identifiers.

2) Display, Browse, Search Products or Services

In order to ensure that we provide you with product or service pages that are  
compatible with your device, and to enable such pages to be displayed properly, we  
will collect the information of the device you are using [including MAC address,  
installed APP information, device name, model, operating system version, language  
settings, unique device identifier, and carrier network type].

When you browse products or services, you can choose to click, mark, share, and add  
to cart the products you are interested in, and we will record your operation  
instructions’ records for the realization of the aforementioned functions you intend  
to achieve.

When you use the search function, we will record your search history, including the

3) Placing Orders

When you are ready to check out the products in your shopping cart or directly check  
out, the system will generate an order for you to purchase the products. You will need  
to fill in the order form with at least the recipient’s name, address, and mobile phone  
number. In the meantime, the order will record information about the details of the  
products you are purchasing, the order number, the amount of money you should  
pay, and the time of the order (collectively, the “Order Information”).  
当您准备对您购物车内的商品进行结算或直接购买相关商品时，系统会生成您  
购买该商品的订单。您需要在订单中至少填写您的收货人姓名、收货地址以及  
手机号码，同时该订单中会载明您所购买的商品或服务信息、订单编号、您应

If you need to be issued a value added tax invoice, you will also need to provide the  
invoice recipient’s name, taxpayer identification number, phone number, and  
email address to receive the invoice.  
若您需要开具增值税发票，还需要向我们提供发票抬头、纳税人识别号、电话  
号码以及接收发票电子邮箱。  
If you are ordering goods or services for another individual, you need to be sure that  
you have obtained their authorization and consent to the provision of said personal  
information.

4) Payment

After you place an order, you may choose payment services provided by third-party  
payment providers, including WeChat Pay and Alipay (“Payment Providers”). We  
need to share your order number and transaction amount information with the  
Payment Provider in order to fulfill your payment instructions and complete the  
payment. When you use the payment function, the Payment Provider will collect the  
necessary information for the payment through its own page, which is governed by  
the Payment Provider’s corresponding privacy policy and the relevant user service  
agreement. After you complete the payment of your order, the Payment Provider will  
share with us your payment time, payment amount, payment channel, payment  
number, and payment method to help us confirm whether you have made the  
payment.

5) Logistics

After you have completed your payment, we will engage a third-party logistics  
provider to ship your order for the purpose of completing the delivery of the products  
specified in your order. For this purpose, the recipient’s name, address, and mobile  
phone number will be shared with the third-party logistics provider.  
在您完成支付后，我们将委托第三方物流供应商向您发货，用于完成交付订单内

6) Customer Service and After Sale Service

When you inquire and communicate with our customer service and after-sales  
personnel, our customer service and after-sales functions will use your account name  
and Order Information. The history of the communication/chats between you and  
our personnel will be recorded. If you need to return or exchange products, to request  
door-to-door collection and return services, you may be required to provide sender  
information (including sender’s name, contact information, and address).

7) Push Notification

To ensure that our application can receive notification at the user’s end while it is  
turned off or running in the background, our application will include a self-launch  
function. Such self-launch or associated launch activities are necessary for delivering  
relevant functions and services. When a user enables content-based push notifications,  
the application will, after obtaining the user’s express consent, redirect the user to the  
corresponding content. The application will not engage in any associated launch  
activities without the user’s prior consent.

8) Widgets

Our application supports the desktop widget functions. If the desktop widget function  
is enabled, the application shall include a self-launch function to initiate the desktop  
widget-related services of the application (including but not limited to widget data  
updates).

使用自启动能力，以唤醒应用桌面小组件相关服务（包括但不限于小组件数据

1.2 Extended Functionalities

To achieve certain extended functionalities, we collect and use relevant personal  
information in the following scenarios, and you may enable or disable these extended  
functionalities via the “My Information” module under “My Account” within our

On the condition that you agree to authorize our application to obtain the relevant  
operating system’s control, we will push relevant notifications to your device in order

operating system’s control, you may not be able to use the corresponding operation  
functions, but it will not affect your use of other functions.

We will also provide you with some extended functionality based on the clipboard, and  
the content of your clipboard may be retrieved to enable copying and pasting of  
relevant information in our application. We will not use the entire content of the  
clipboard. Only the content you need to copy and paste will be uploaded.

3) Personal Profile

You may choose to complete your personal profile, including your name and birthday  
information, so that we will be able to provide you with a personalized display and  
member birthday privileges. You may also connect your account with a WeChat  
account and an Apple account to enhance the security level of your account.

3.1 The Storage of Personal Information

We will store your personal information within the territory of the People’s Republic of  
China. In the event a cross-border transfer of your personal information is required, we  
will obtain your consent separately. We will only retain your personal information for as  
long as is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and pursuant to  
the relevant laws, including the E-commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China,  
which requires the retention of transaction details for three (3) years after the completion  
of the transaction.

Your personal information is encrypted and securely stored in our Ali Cloud Database  
Service (RDS). We use the network security solution provided by Ali Cloud and  
comply with the security protocol of Ali Cloud.
